What We Do
ATAERO leads full-spectrum Life Cycle Logistics Management across the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, guiding programs from concept development through sustainment and disposal. ATAERO strengthens Sustainment Program Baselines (SPBs), aligns product strategies with warfighter requirements, executes disciplined Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM), and develops Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) that deliver measurable readiness outcomes. Through Performance-Based Acquisition strategies, we drive affordability, accountability, and long-term system performance.
How We Do It
In addition, we execute domestic and foreign co-production cost analysis and establish technical and programmatic baselines through direct engagement with engineering documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and system design packages. The result is disciplined program execution, defensible cost positions, and sustainable readiness.
